Note:
Administrator Access in Retail Link is required
Bot tokens expire after 60 days. Systematic reminders will be sent to the bot users prior to expiration to ensure there is time to create a new token.
Add New User
Log in to Retail Link and select your initials in the top right corner. Select User Management from the dropdown menu
Click Admin Settings
Select + New User
Complete Mandatory Fields
First Name: Confido
Last Name: Tech
Email: Use the brand-specific email address shown in Confido under Integrations → Walmart → Setup Instructions. The Confido Walmart email address ends in @confidoaccounting.com (for example, [email protected]).
Note: Older Confido email addresses ending in @confidotech.awsapps.com are no longer used for the Walmart connection. If you're reconnecting Walmart and your previous Confido bot user used an @confidotech.awsapps.com address, create the new bot user with the @confidoaccounting.com address from Setup Instructions instead. If Setup Instructions doesn't show an @confidoaccounting.com address, contact your Confido team before creating the bot user.

Select the check box next to ✅ “This is a Bot User Account”
Employee Position: Other
Employee Type: Direct Employee
Select Add User in the top right corner
Once added navigate to the Confido user and select the [...] and click View Profile
Scroll to the bottom and copy the Bot Token
Now, navigate the Confido and select Integrations
Go to Walmart and select the [...] on right hand side
Select Update Bot Token
Input the copied Bot Token from above
Save Changes and notify the Confido Team
