Connecting to the Amazon Vendor Central Portal

Follow these steps to integrate Confido with the Amazon Vendor Central Portal

  1. In Confido select Integrations on the left hand nav

  2. Click Retailers

  3. Find Amazon Vendor Central and open Setup Instructions — copy the provisioning email address listed there

  4. Navigate to vendorcentral.amazon.com

  5. Under Manage Permissions in Settings on the top right corner click "Add Employee" and enter the provisioning email address

6. Copy the Invite link and forward to the provisioned email address from step 3

7. Under Access Scope, grant Edit permission for the following Scopes:

  • Vendor Central

  • Financial Reports

  • Invoices

  • Manage Integrations (EDI/API)

  • Payments

8. Make sure to Save Changes

9. Notify your Confido CSM — the team will accept the invitation link and confirm once access is live
